All quotes are provided based on client-supplied information and remain valid for a specified period. Final rates may change due to fluctuations in freight costs, fuel charges, taxes, or regulatory fees.

3. Liability and Insurance

We take every precaution to ensure safe handling of cargo. However, liability for loss or damage is limited according to the Finnish Maritime Code, CMR Convention, or relevant international freight conventions.

Clients are advised to purchase Cargo Insurance through our Cargo Protect service for full coverage.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete shipment details
• Ensure goods are properly packaged, labeled, and documented
• Comply with Finnish and international customs and export laws

Failure to do so may result in shipment delays, additional charges, or legal penalties.

5. Payments and Invoicing

Invoices are issued according to the quotation terms and payable in EUR via approved payment methods. Late payments may incur interest and administrative fees as permitted under Finnish law.

6. Prohibited Cargo

Transeuro Shipping Co. does not transport illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials unless authorized and compliant with Finnish and international regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunities, caused by delays or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, customs delays).

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
